📝 INGREDIENTS

1 kilo (1 kg) shrimp, cleaned and deveined

½ cup butter

1 whole bulb garlic, minced

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons ketchup

1 cup Sprite (Mismo size)

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon cumin powder
-
3 tablespoons oyster sauce

½ teaspoon ground black pepper
-
1 teaspoon chopped onion leaves / spring onions (optional)
👩🍳 COOKING PROCEDURE

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Add the butter and let it melt completely.

Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant and lightly golden.

Add the shrimp and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, or until the shrimp turn orange.

Pour in 1 cup Sprite, then add:

Soy sauce

Ketchup

Brown sugar

Cumin powder

Oyster sauce

Ground black pepper

Mix well and let it cook for another 3 minutes.

Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.

Allow the sauce to simmer and thicken, stirring occasionally.
